If you have an agreement with us, but have not used our Self Service portal before, you need to sign up first, please follow step 1 - 13.
For new customers, please follow step 1-9.
- 1. Go to "Log on Self Service"
- 2. Click on “Sign in without BankID”
- 3. Click on “Do not have an account? Sign up now”
- 4. Type inn your email address and click “Send verification code”
- 5. Enter verification code received on email and click “Verify”
- 6. Enter new password
- 7. Click on «Continue»
- 8. Then choose "Sign in without bankID"
- 9. Enter your email address and type in password created in step 6, and click on "Sign in"
You have now created a user profile of Self Service.
Next step – Active your agreement:
- 10. Click on “Active access”
- 11. Type inn your email address and click “”send activation link”
- 12. Click on the link in received email
- 13. Log in with username and password
Next log in:
- 1. Go to www.flytpass.no
- 2. Choose “Log on Self Service”
- 3. Click on “Sign in without BankID”
- 4. Type in username and password.
